So, does this have Hurts to Miami written all over it?

Good for them especially if they can get Hurts as a grad transfer QB. We're still going to beat them because Hurts doesn't scare me as a passing QB anyways

Interesting. He was one of the few coaches Saban actually wanted to keep. Guess this means Hurts to Miami.

QB coach for one year at Bama. Would not call this a long term Saban disciple

As I posted in the recruiting forum, a few questions this raises...

How much did he develop hurts and Tua? They came in and played as freshman which says talent rather than coaching to me. And hurts kind of regressed. Tua looked incredible most of the time but puzzlingly pedestrian at other times.

Also a big difference bw developing one position and developing an entire offensive scheme, implementing the strategy, AND calling the right plays.

Hard to groom coaches into long term disciples when they keep leaving.

I think coaches are learning more and more than Saban is not a good guy to work for. For one example, bawling out an assistant's mother, who is not on the payroll, doesn't contribute to a good working relationship.

Whoa...this is very interesting because Enos was to be the OC at Bama once Locksley left. He's a great coach and highly regarded.

As the little prince of Bama pops another blood vessel in his head from losing yet another Ass't coach !

Maybe next year, he can just dress up several mannequins, toss headsets on 'em, and call every play and factions of Bama's games himself.

Enos doesn't seem to last very long anywhere he goes.
He's at a school 1-to-2 years and then gone.
Didn't he get fired from Arky?

I guess nobody wants to be around Saban after Monday Night.

Enos has been an OC and HC in the past. Good grab for UM. I’m not worried about next year’s game, more interested in how Enos will do recruiting for them. Really wanted UF to muscle in on S Fla.

    Good catch.

Looking at his history he was not that great as a HC at Central Michigan, took a lateral/demotion to be OC at arky where the Bielema staff was fired after his third year, then one year as QB coach at bama. Color me unimpressed, but he was a sought after OC this year.

Miami basically has randy Shannon running the program and Jim McElwain as OC
