The southeastern quadrant isn't showing up yet on radar (south of the Bahamas). It is not big, but fills out that bottom corner with outflow and the reconnaissance plane found some of the strongest winds there. It's out of view on your radar but there on the cloud satellite view. You can see the bottom outflow on radar over Cuba. And they forecasted today that it would get dry air wrapped up in it from the west. That is happening now and is what will inhibit further development.
