Oh, the irony, given that neither his acceptance nor his graduation from an “Ivy graduate program” stood up to much scrutiny. With all external assistance removed, I like the First Lady’s chances of “surviving” such an academic program a lot better than his.

 

Reminds me of when Ronald Reagan awarded Frank Sinatra the Medal of Freedom. This was after Ol' Blue Eyes had called Nancy "a dumb broad with fat ankles." Though I guess Ronnie didn't know it at the time.

I think most of us agree that Hunter is a poor excuse for a human being who had a serious drug problem, tried to capitalize on his father's position multiple times and now may have disrespected his step mother. All of it is a largely irrelevant. It's not like he was the son-in-law of a sitting president, a senior adviser to said president and received a $100 million bailout from a foreign country when his private sector family corporation was on the verge of bankruptcy.

As an addict/alcoholic in recovery, if some of my past messages were to be fished out, they would not portray the person I currently am. Addiction can rob perfectly good people of their ability to be outwardly decent. Not saying Biden is a good person or not, but this isn't the criteria I'd use to decide.

Jill really comes off as a great and caring person for trying to help Hunter kick his drug habit, even if he couldn't see it at the time. What a wonderful first lady. So much better than the last one.

Rick, how about explaining your dislike? Someone started a thread about a bad thing that Hunter Biden did awhile ago while suffering from his drug addiction. There was absolutely no reason to start a thread on the topic. So, I pointed out a bad thing that Trump did to his wife in a fit of rage many years ago. What’s to dislike about my post?
