This is obvious - except to trump followers. And probably why it aggravates Stern so much.

“I don’t hate Donald,” Stern said. “I hate you for voting for him, for not having intelligence.”

“One thing Donald loves is celebrities, he loves the famous,” Stern said on his SiriusXM show Tuesday. “He loves it. He loves to be in the mix.”

“The oddity in all of this is the people Trump despises most, love him the most,” Stern said. “The people who are voting for Trump for the most part... he wouldn’t even let them in a hotel. He’d be disgusted by them. Go to Mar-a-Lago, see if there’s any people who look like you. I’m talking to you in the audience.”

Howard Stern to Trump supporters: He hates you and so do I

Howard Stern claims Trump 'disgusted' by his own supporters: 'He wouldn’t even let them in a hotel'

Stern is a sick man (not too unlike Trump), but on this he is most definitely correct.

Trump is the President and Stern is not. Not so long ago we had the best economy our country has ever seen. The people who made less money than most made more money and had tax breaks. Unemployment was at a all time low for many, now it is not. The rich are not suffering, but the poor are. The left wants them to stay that way, so they can rely on big gov't. The race for President was an easy one, but it is now a battle and will be very close. MAGA 2020!

Fair point. I’ve never been a listener. Not a big fan of that kind of radio or pro wrestling. I do think he’s probably right with that take. Obviously my take could be fallible.

We had the best economy thanks to 8 years of Obama’s leadership that took Trump 3 years to destroy. You should be thanking Obama not praising Trump.

Just another Deplorables comment. Another Hillary.

This really is the thinking of liberals. The truth is, I did my research on candidates and chose the best for America, as many of my fellow Americans did. Trump has not let me down, except for some tweets. His actions, however, have been sterling.

Umm, City, you do know the charts you put up show Trump dramatically lowered unemployment and raised average income for the average American, far bettering anything Obama did.

Thanks for pointing out how great President Trump has been for our jobs and economy. And thanks to Trump, we will recover faster and stronger from this virus as well. And we will do so being independent and not dependent on government.

    Is Stern a "liberal"?

He's a shock jock, and tends to like being "intentionally politically incorrect" all the time. He also hosted Trump constantly on his show, so I'm guessing he knows Trump better than about 99% of "conservatives".

I never liked him, but if he's a liberal then basically so is Trump. About the only thing "conservative" about Trump is his hate for immigrants. That and he's smart enough to realize he needs to keep the act going for evangelicals.

You either read charts and graphs at an amazingly inept level, or you are trolling.

Trump did actually help boost the economy, but he took it from 4.5% to 3.7%. That is not "dramatically lowering unemployment" when it was already on a long term path from 10% to 4.5% before Trump even sniffed the oval office. There's not even a change in the slope from the blue line to the red line, it is basically an 8 year linear slope.

I would give the tax cuts credit for slightly boosting the short term unemployment rate, I would never have guessed it would go under 4%, and my guess is a little bit of "easy money" was part of the inputus that allowed it to actually go under 4%. But its' not like that came free. Trump added about $500 Billion to the 2019 deficit. Anyone actually still think that was money well spent now???

I'm convinced that he's trolling. I mean just read his posts. ("His actions have been sterling.") I won't respond to any more of them.

The Falcons were up 28-3 on the Pats in the Super Bowl. In the 3rd quarter. Got blindsided.

Only Trump counts halftime victories. He will be a one term failed president.

Both NYers, and Trump was often on Stern's show talking about women and other celeb stuff, so I suspect Stern knows him pretty well.

Trump is one of the privileged elites he rails against. Pretty ironic. Why anyone thinks Trump's gives a damn about the minions is a testament to his con.

    Stern nailed it.

But applying DJT logic, the less one knows, the more one knows and vice versa. You know, MAGAing and all. Those liberal socialist commie brain washers taught us how to analyze charts 40 years ago. But The Trumpeteers know way more than those PhDs with lifetimes of experience.

    Umkay.
