Greenard, and Cox himself along with the whole bunch of offensive starters mentioned before. As far as impact players go, we are getting way more out of the portal than losing from it. In fact, Mullen relied on it too much. He let recruiting slip while relying too heavily on the portal. Billy seems to emphasize both, which is what we need.

 

We need to attack the portal like Todd Golden did for hoops.

 

I can’t wait to see the new Gators basketball team. Golden did a crapload of homework since he got here.

Yeah he got cooked there.

Go back and see how many sacks he had as a freshman when they put him at edge. Like 4-5, in limited playing time he was not used by us properly.
He wasn’t great in coverage and should have been used on the edge(needed to bulk up).

 

I watched him. He got ate up and couldn’t set the edge to save his life as a DE. As a LB, he over-pursued and couldn’t shed a block.

He’s a third down pass rushing specialist that needed to bulk up and get stronger. We had about 8 of those guys with our recruiting.
