Who would you rather see face the Gators defense on Saturday Hilinski or Joyner. Me personally Hilinski.

As long as Muschamp is in charge it won’t matter

Whoever plays we need to just stop the run because that's all they're going to do regardless of who is in at QB. I believe they're announcing Hilinski as the starter to make us respect the threat of a pass, but no way do they have him back there throwing.

Yeah, USCe actually runs fairly well, certainly better than we do. They also defend the run acceptably.

Given rain and a soggy field, I would expect the roosters to pound the ball at us, and plan on stuffing our run game--which hasn't been hard for anyone to do. We have to stop their run game and hope we can beat them in the air in the rain.

SOS always said that rain helps a good passing game because the wrs know where they're going, and the dbs don't. He hated high wind.

Urbs was worried about throwing in the rain at fsu and Mullen said nah, we're good.

Gators are not particular about their chicken-they'll take original recipe or extra crispy.

Current forecast for game time is wind between 8-10mph, which wouldn’t be a problem.

My guess is that Hilinski starts, and is either quickly replaced by Joyner after the first hit, or, Joyner swaps in and out throughout the game. This guess is based upon Muschamp stating that Hilinski is fine.

Looks like Greenard and Zuniga will both be out. If Hilinski is in, I doubt they ask him to throw much more than quick passes. Risking a long drop back against any defense is risky for aggravating his injury. That said, Joyner has wheels to test the discipline of our edge rushers. Moon has not been a great tackler this year but whoever is back there, we need him to have a good game.

I vote for the #3 guy on the depth chart;)! Joyner I think because you totally load the box (as done against Auburn) and make him throw the ball to win.
