And it’s negotiation that is being required. The only price mandate being imposed is by the pharmaceutical industry. Like a few other things practiced in America’s version of capitalism, it’s downright shameful. I’m willing to bet, however, that they’ll be able to convince the TEXAS court that they’ll suffer irreparable harm if they have to negotiate.
Conservative SCOTUS have also forced Democrat party leaders to take in hundreds of millions of dollars in donations from big pharma. That damned Kavanaugh broke us.
