HELP: Gatorcountry redirect to bogus sites

Are you getting redirected to other sites... still? I say still, but it never happened to me.

Been getting some kind of “spin the wheel,” Amazon gift card, virus program, and Atlantic Broadband redirect. All fake. They know I have an iPhone. I believe these cites are malicious. I have to shut down and reboot the phone to get rid of them. But they return. Not happening on other websites

 

Today it’s a Walmart gift card cite. This needs to be fixed and it is something on GC. Too much risk if we hit the wrong button and our phones are infected. All I do is shut down the redirect. Sometimes it doesn’t let me and I have to reboot my phone.

 

Perhaps pledge your allegiance to Trump and see if that fixes your problem

 

Happened to me today after letting my computer with GC open … got redirected to bogus site claiming to be Spectrum Cable and saying I won a prize….

 

I don’t remember Gator Country being infected with malware when Biden was president …. Just saying….

 

I haven’t chimed in, but I get it too. The worst is when I’ve meticulously penned the perfect Pulitzer worthy post, sure to utterly and finally convince those intransigent posters on the other side of their erroneous ways, only to watch my screen turn to some ad and have the post completely deleted.

 

I haven’t had it happen to me. I have an IPhone.

It’s been recommended that people with iPhones turn off their phone every 2 days and back on. I’ve read it makes it more difficult for someone to hack into it. Maybe it will help with this issue also? I think it’s worth a try.

 

Happens to me on my desktop pretty much nonstop. I have Norton 360 and it continually kicks me off GC saying site is trying to direct you to unsafe page. I've had Norton 360 for as long as I've been coming to this site and it never used to happen. Norton never redirects on any other site I visit. Just GC

 

Thanks Okla. It’s annoying to me and city, but the real loss is the greater society being denied our brilliant thoughts. I have one particularly revolutionary idea that keeps getting cut off by the redirects. It should not only improve the economy, but solve racism, global warming, and world hunger. And it’s incredibly doable. Ok, so the first step is that we all just

 

It has never happened to me on my iPhone or iMac. I do run adBlock and use Safari as my browser.

 

Biden was the malware... we all suffered though that.
