It may have been, but if so, it would have been more appropriate with Dazzler.
Dumb post of the day
Come on. There’s been several equally dumb posts today
Mullen left for MSU after the 2008 season
Yeah, the spinner came out either in 2007 or early 2008. That's why there were no baby backs on it.
Oh and I can't believe I didn't notice this, harvin wasn't even there in 2009 under the dazzler.
Yep - took a 9-1-1 team and went 7-4
Hell yes I hated Grantham last year. The same crap happened last year continued this year, where the teams we needed to beat cutting through his D like a knife through warm butter. Burrows torched him, Fromm torched him, hell, a freshman qb from LSU torched him.
Grantham has been a bad DC for years at multiple stops
I would submit Whitey Frickin Jordan, Lynn Amity (sp) for consideration!
One word. Adazzio.
From the Amadee-ville Horror to Hoke to Pruett to Oliva No Dee in Miami, most of the changes proved that the need for changes was so obvious as to antagonize a near entire fan base were proven absolutely needed and often very succesful. There is great virtue in learning to make your mistakes quickly.

When I was in school during the Spurrier years I remember a ton of fan outrage over John Hoke as our D coordinator. If I remember correctly Bob Stoops was Hoke’s replacement.
I think there was almost 100% agreement that our DC had to go after the loss to Ga Southern
Hoke was Stoops replacement, recommended by Stoops....as sabotage
Lynn Amadee in late 80s is one I really remember.
The uproar is we had to live through a decade of offensive futility with a good to elite defense saving them every game and now we have the opposite. The last thing we wanted is to go from worst offense in the SEC to the worst defense in school history. People are wondering if we are going to have another decade where we have an excellent offense but an equally bad defense.
I don’t even think those situations were close. Mac was supposed to be the offensive coach, so I think he absorbed most of the blame for that reason.
Muschamps coordinators were short lived, but obviously fans were not amused by the 4 win season. Again, I think because of his antics the vast majority of fans’ ire was directed at Muschamp. There were theories of him “meddling” in the offense.
I think because of the Gators having lived through the hell of having inept offense, and seeing the offense rolling, there hesitance to blame the head coach. But realistically I don’t see how Mullen doesn’t make the change. Seems like it just has to be done due to the level of ineptitude. Bottom line: When you break all the records for being inept, you shouldn’t get to keep your 7 figure job.
