I watched. Kamrade Kamala bombed the interview. She couldn't answer any basic questions including why the American people should think she will do anything differently if given the keys to the WH. You democrats should be embarrassed. Joe Biden would have done better if interviewed at 10 AM.

Kamala Harris’ interview on CBS News was a total disaster. That’s an evergreen statement, but you knew it would end poorly. Folks, her spot on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the most effortless media hit of all time, was a tangled mess. Now, sitting across from Bill Whitaker, the seasoned journalist asked run-of-the-mill questions, and this woman imploded (again). It’s not like Democrats didn’t know this about Kamala, who has been a five-alarm fire every time she tried to do a solo interview before Joe Biden’s mind melted on national television last June.

BILL WHITAKER: Your economic plan would add $3 trillion to the deficit over 10 years. How do you pay for it? HARRIS: Trump’s plan is worse! WHITAKER: But how do you pay for it? HARRIS: Well, the rich need to pay their fair share! WHITAKER: And how do you get this through Congress when no one has expressed support for it? HARRIS: I’m a capitalist, ya know!

Bill Whitaker: “You’ve changed your positions so much that no one believes anything.” Harris: “Well, I’m the vice president and I travel a lot.”

And finally, the topic of immigration. Kudos to Mr. Whitaker for giving her three chances to answer this question—she doesn’t. And please, border crossings are not down. Even if they were, Kamala and Joe let over 20 million people into the country, including hundreds of thousands of criminals, including tens of thousands of rapists and murderers:

Delusional, she did just fine. You can’t have it both ways - you can’t criticize her for not doing interviews, and then criticize her when she does do them. When Trump spews word salad anytime he does an interview you all always respond “at least he does them!” Now that you can’t play that card, you immediately pivot again. Lol. Just because I’m voting for Trump doesn’t mean I think he’s smart or a nice guy. I can’t stand listening to him pontificate and go off topic consistently. However, no one on the left can even slightly admit this lady is an idiot? She’s the nominee so she must be the greatest thing ever? And pretty much no one on the left thinks Harris would be the nominee if Biden had announced he wasn't running for re-election and there was an open primary. It's what it is. Trump is a terrible human being and unfit for office and Harris has flip-flopped on so many issues that many people don't know what to believe. Harris can't do an unscripted interview with someone intelligent to save her life.

And nobody cares because nobody watched it. She'll get my spite vote just like Trump in '16, but I'm not going to subject myself to a full interview.

 

She's not dangerous, which MAGA is. It's just you'll have to settle for another 4 years of feckless leadership. Not horrible, but not great either. Trump is just too much of a crap shoot and I'll never trust a movement that passes on a 35-0 shutout and corresponding mandate (DeSantis/Haley) for a coin flip in OT. Further, a coin flip for an idiot who will say and do anything to make himself more popular and is backed by a core that is the dumbest voting block in the history of electoral politics.
