I am not wrong. We don't have a shortage of kids in the system. You didn't address my point at all. And no, I don't agree. It's unconstitutional.

If you want to understand why it's so difficult and costly to adopt, you should consider all the vetting that has to be done to make sure you're not handing the kid off to the wrong sort of person.
