I really want zook back for recruiting purposes
MSU East? Really?
You’re just too over the top to be credible
Crazy that Knox ranks in the top 10 in salaries for RB coaches
Well here we go...
Anthony Williams, Lake Brantley, Running Back
Not the greatest competition either but he has speed
So the best is a 4th rounder who I do think will do well in the NFL. We need to do better.
There is lots of 3* talent like this young man in the state of Florida, if this is the way Florida is heading in as far a possible RB(s).........my feeling is the staff is projecting potential as well as settling......plain and simple.
What its Mullen thinking??????????
Several NFL players have admitted getting paid. Leremy Tunsil comes to mind. Remember Albert Means. Cam Newton was shopped around to the highest bidder and that's common knowledge. Bama move Tua and his entire family. UGA has a Bama model set up now where players get cash from boosters and rides from car dealerships. Bobby was not a Saint and there are people with first hand knowledge of what went on at fsu. A Mod on the insider board worked at Ohio State in security and could tell you its bad there. There is more but you get the jest of it.
Here are the highest paid running backs coaches in the country, with SEC assistants bolded:
Tommie Robinson, LSU — $600,000
Dell McGee, Georgia — $550,000
Tony Alford, Ohio State — $525,000
Stan Drayton, Texas — $525,000
Jay Graham, Texas A&M — $475,000
Jay Boulware, Oklahoma — $470,000
Greg Knox, Florida — $451,000
Joe Pannunzio, Alabama — $425,000
Derrick Nix, Ole Miss — $400,000
Donte Pimpleton, Florida State — $370,000
John Settle, Wisconsin — $370,000
Jeff Traylor, Arkansas — $370,000
If he wasn’t a VIP member, I would suspect him a troll.....aside from ripping on the Gators (nothing overtly wrong with that), he slips sometimes as a Gators fan. Instead of referencing our team and coaches as “us, we, our, etc”, he sometimes writes “you, your, etc”. Something I mentally noted in a few of his posts.
The stuff with cars & UGA was going on before Kirby got there........I know of a number of situations when I was living in Athens, where football players would have some sort of inter action with LE while driving and they'd be reported in the Athens Banner driving newer Escaldes or other type expensive SUV type vehicles.........My UGA working friends would just giggle and accept it as "well you know how things are with the star players"
A better question should had been what is Mullen going to do about it. What a joke, a sad joke.
I agree and did not mean it to sound how it did. Yeah, it was going on longy time.
I thought the same shit when I read what I had typed. We literally don’t have a difference making recruiter on the offensive side of the ball.
451k ...that’s criminal. The roi on that is minuscule
Having Brewster will help but he can’t recruit these kids for the position coaches. I’ve been wondering what the next step for Johnson is going to be.
This is hilarious!!!! There is no one more of a fan of the gators than I... Just cause I'm a fan doesnt mean I have to dick ride Mullen when he or any coach do something questionable... I like Dan Mullen but there are blatant insufficiencies in recruiting that are VERY baffling... especially coming from a head coach that is such a perfectionist
I haven't said anything no different than anyone else who questions some of the optics of recruiting. That's basically the only thing that's holding Dan Mullen back. Yes I know no coach is perfect, but when you're preaching Relentless effort and it seems as a couple of your assistants are giving a half-assed effort on the recruiting Trail will make you wonder. Especially when OUR offensive line was so bad last year...
That 247 link says his verified 40 time is 4.91.
his film looks faster
I know you are referencing some of those highlights, but Brantley actually played a solid schedule....highest classification and a solid district.
