Probably pretty hard to find a sympathetic jury on this one ...

Larry Klayman is at it again lol, this will probably go as well as the time he tried to have Obama deported.

How is this guy still legally allowed to enter a courtroom? It’s mindboggling. There should be a universal restraining order against him.

My theory is the guy is broke, no one will hire him, and he's looking for a way to get paid for interviews. Distgusting, though. He killed their son, leave them alone...

Maybe he thinks that he can get a temporary gig on the Fox News Network.

I worked at the same company with him in Maitland when this all went down. I had never met him, he was in a different department on a different floor. All of the sudden there were armed guards at the entry to the building. Channel 2 was the next exit down I-4 so I was guessing they were trying to handle whatever crap went down at the site. I know the neighborhood where the killing happened and it is a nice, clean and safe neighborhood. There are plenty of hell holes in Sanford and I have worked in all of them. That neighborhood is not one of those. Think Midway. I don't know for sure exactly how that awful night went down.

Terrible situation. Two dumb asses crossed paths and didn't do the smart thing and walk away. One lost his life. The other ruined his.

Scumbag auctioned off his murder weapon for a quarter of a million dollars, has autographed bags of Skittles to mock his victim's death and now to top it all off is suing the victim's family. The only life that was "ruined" was that of the kid he murdered.

Read this in the Tampa Bay Times, the comment section was nauseating. Some of the nastiest racism I've seen

Not surprised. Those same racist lowlives in the comments section were the ones lining his pockets all these years.

Seems to me a lawyer is pumping him up for a big payday. The lawyer, not Zimmerman.

I generally agree. The difference is that the victim was a dumb ass kid who somehow thought that he could neutralize a threatening individual packing heat by charging him. The other dumb ass was a wannabe cop who if he stayed in his truck as instructed by the real police rather than confronting the kid could have avoided the whole incident.

This says it all about Klayman and it's not the first time.
Ethics panel, citing 'egregious' violations, recommends 33-month suspension for Larry Klayman
    And then there is
‘Come On’: DC Judge Exasperated as Larry Klayman Lobs Legal Attacks on Mueller | National Law Journal
Conservative Lawyer Loses Suits Alleging Disbarment Conspiracy
Obama, Congress sued over Iran deal
Lawyer Who Beat the NSA Files Obama 'Deportation Petition'
Klayman actually did win one big case forcing the NSA to release documents under the Freedom of Information Act although even that may have been a Pyrrhic victory considering that a lot of the documents that NSA was forced to release after losing the suit were probably heavily redacted.

People should keep that in mind before quoting Judicial Watch as a valid source.
