    FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The 14th-ranked Gators (11-3, 2-1) head to Fayetteville, Ark. to take on the Razorbacks (6-9, 0-3) in a SEC battle on Friday.
    First serve is slated for 8 p.m. ET on the SEC Network +, with Josh Haley and Caitilin Donahoe on the call.

    The Gators are coming off a tightly-contested 3-2 loss against the Kentucky Wildcats, while the Razorbacks are coming off a 3-0 loss to Texas A&M.
    Florida is ranked in the top-3 in three different categories in the SEC: hitting percentage (2nd, .272); opponent hitting efficiency (2nd, .170) and blocks per set (1st, 2.66).

    Individually, Thayer Hall is ranked sixth in points per set (4.37), sixth in service aces per set (0.34) and seventh in kills per set (3.72).
    Marlie Monserez sits fourth in the conference with 9.86 assists per set, while Allie Gregory is fifth in digs per set, averaging 4.20.
    Lauren Dooley is ranked fourth in blocks per set, averaging 1.10 and Paige Hammons is also ranked fourth in service aces per set, registering 0.37 through the season thus far.

    Through the first two weeks of conference play, the Gators are ranked first in blocks per set (3.00) and first in service aces per set (1.50).

    Gators Sweep Razorbacks on Road
    Florida gets back on track with win over Arkansas

    Fayetteville, Ark. – The 14th-ranked Gators swept the Arkansas Razorbacks on Friday evening in Barnhill arena, the team's eighth sweep of the season.
    How it Happened
    The first set was a battle, with neither team holding more than a three-point lead the entire time. With the set tied 7-7, Florida utilized an 8-5 run to hold the 15-12 advantage going into the media timeout. Out of the break, the Razorbacks went on a 4-0 run of their own to take the 16-15 lead. The Gators once again gained control and held the 24-21 lead before Arkansas staved off three set points to tie it at 24-24. Florida took advantage of two Razorback errors to win the frame 26-24.
    Both teams hit .000 in the first frame, with Holly Carlton recording a team-high three kills in the set. Mia Sokolowski and Lauren Dooley added two apiece.

    Florida took the momentum from the first set victory in the second frame, winning 25-16. After trailing 0-1, the Gators went on a 4-0 run to take the lead. From that point on, UF would not trail. The Gators held as much as an 11-point lead at the 22-11 mark. Arkansas clawed its way back to within eight at 23-15, but Florida held on to go up 2-0 in the match.
    The Gators hit .455 in the second set, notching 17 kills along the way. Thayer Hall recorded five in the frame, while Paige Hammons added four of her own.

    UF and Arkansas were tied 5-5 in the third set, before Florida went on 8-2 run to hold the 13-7 advantage. The Gators continued to hold at least a four-point lead the rest of the way, clinching the frame on a Razorback service error, 25-18.
    Florida hit .297 in the final frame, led by four kills from Thayer Hall and Paige Hammons.
