GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Head Coach Tim Walton and the Florida softball program announced the addition Avery Goelz, Emily Wilkie, Haley Pittman, Kali Reis and Katie Kistler to National Letters of Intent Wednesday.

The group of talented softball standouts hail from Florida, Alabama and Georgia. Avery Goelz is also the younger sister of newcomer Kinsey Goelz.
“Around this time every year we get the opportunity to welcome the newest class of Gators that will come in and help build upon the tradition we have here at Florida. Today we are excited to introduce Avery, Emily, Haley, Kali and Katie to Gator Nation and we look forward to the opportunity to helping them continue their growth as players and as student-athletes next fall.” Tim Walton, Florida Head Coach

One pitcher -- Phenom Haley Pittman.

Nice article at FloSoftball about Florida snatching her from Auburn after the Corey Myers dumpster fire there. More great recruiting by CTW.

I would say it's over in regard to our competition loading up....they have all signed a lot of quality talent. Nothing really new, FSU and the SEC are always strong. But this class even moreso
