Was this about that one thing or the other?
no, the other thing
So not the other thing that already happened but the one thing that is yet to take place? That other thing????
Tony Soprano, is that you?
Saw interview with him yesterday and Duke and Tennessee are out. So I guess we are now at 16 2/3%!
never give me the odds
My guess is Alabama
I have seen zero evidence of CC having much range and have never seen him catch and shoot. If the guy could develop a reliable and quick outside shot, he would be a handful and make a lot of money.
You, no more guesses!
Wonder if there is any mutual interest. Upside here is that he is more like an incoming HS recruit, having redshirted last year:
Tennessee basketball: Corey Walker Jr. in transfer portal Vols’ first concerning loss
In any event, and if nothing else, may be a reminder that there is always the possibility of more names being added to t he mix.
I think we were one of his finalists in his high school recruitment. I personally would like to wait until Gurleys announcement since we also have Felder now (seen some people on TOS say Bama for Gurley). I also read possibilities of Walker having issues going to class but, either way, if we don't land Gurley, Walker would be a nice replacement with his talent and years of eligibility.
I thought Bama was over the limit. They got to drop someone then
He's got a pretty good midrange shot, he just didn't take it often. And anyway, lots of big men have gone to the NBA without having much of a jump shot. Patrick Ewing, for example. Most of 'em develop it while they're in the League.
That said, I think if he comes back to Gainesville, I would like to see him take more midrange, 10' to 15' shots. And hit the weight room and bulk up, and use that extra muscle to go up in traffic and draw fouls. He'd be a beast. He's shooting 78% from the free throw line already, so he could easily add several points to his scoring average if he becomes a foul magnet. The added muscle should also help him get his rebounding average up to 7 or 8 per game, without reducing his shot blocking.
Gurley would be a huge pickup. 6'8 SF and not a player Florida currently has on the roster. Scored 20 or more in each of his last 4 games with 29 and 30 in his final 2. Can also use him at the 4. If Gurley commits, then the Gators will really have a squad going into next year.
What's his going rate?
At this point I'd say let's pay him
They are currently over the limit to my understanding would have to force two out to make room for 1 more player.
No... It's Silvio... And I need you to take care of this thing for the boss.
Anyone know what time he's announcing?
6 PM is what I'm hearing.
