I went and outside to enjoy the weather. I’ll have to go rewind the DVR

 

Yes you do. I was out on a walk listening to the game, got home and just sat on the front porch and watched the rest of it on my phone. Incredible ending. That’s what you want to see in a bowl game.

I am happy for Tulane fans. When we lived in Baton Rouge they played LSU last game of the season every year and got their butts whooped. Good for their fans to experience this.

Uncle Lou was right that Lincoln Riley is lousy at recruiting defensive players and his defenses are always low on talent.

 

I've been saying it for years, he's overrated. He's obviously a good coach but I don't think he's great. He took over a turnkey program from Bob Stoops and consistently finished lower in both recruiting rankings and AP rankings every year. This is known as regression. Why do you think he ran from the SEC?

I'm not a football coach but I bet I could have won more than a couple games taking over for stoops too.

 

Congrats to Tulane HC who just may be the best football coach in America. Imagine what he could do with a roster of 4 star athletes.

It's brutally hard to win at Tulane like it is at Rice,Northwestern,Vanderbilt,Georgia Tech and Duke.
