Hi all - I’m in Ft Collins for a couple days. I think there are some good breweries here. Any suggestions? Favorite flavas?

Was just in Denver but didn't make it to Fort Collins. Have to imagine New Belgium and Odell would be great for a visit.

There are so many great local beers you will get to try some good ones at just about any bar you walk into.

Thanks Leaf and Mr. importer/exporter! I’m at a conference, so will have to find an “excuse” for a little getaway.

New Belgium is the only one I know of but they're among the pioneers of American craft brewing and put Ft. Collins on the map. There's probably a huge craft scene there. The people at New Belgium will gladly tell you which other tap rooms to visit. Craft brewers are very respectful of their competitors.

If you ask craft brewers the collaboration is key. Some of the locals here will even put out projects together. Surly just did a beer with Fair State as an example.

Nope - have been busy with the conference. Going out to a bar tonight, so I hope they have New Belgium. Thanks again for the tip. :emoji_thumbsup:

I’m having an Odell Shilling. Goes down smooth, but feels heavy. I guess a lot of ales are going to be as such.

Well, if you are still there, then I hope you found the secret to Colorado brewing - just swing a dead cat and you will find a quality craft brewery! They are everywhere. Ft. Collins has no less than a dozen and there are more than 30 within a 30 minute drive.
