I remember that post. How absurd. I think it was shane4three, but not positive about that.
No matter, he still has a long road to hoe.
I am nominating this for post of the year thus far.
I think that's a mute point.
the amount of malaprop posts here are dominanting this thread.
That would be unique and I'd love to hear more about it so could you please be more pacific?
Nick Cross to Maryland cb's coming in
I suspected this would happen. TBH, I don't think losing Cross hurts fsu much except in the rankings.
Willie still piling up the L's even after signing day.
USA Today says that Cross' parents won't let him sign at FSU, and they are pushing for PSU or Maryland. That's just good parenting.
The article says that, "FSU is currently ranked 16th in the 247Sports composite rankings but would fall to 20th if Cross lands elsewhere." Go Terps!
Yup, Santa’s little brother can be tricky that way
That’s one of those situations where you listen to your parents
Parents dont want him attending a shit show
The cat is out of the bag. Hope he doesn't force fsu's hand. I wonder if fsu's AD or whomever hired him is taking some heat.
Yep. A lot of these parents of the more elite high school recruits actually bring in people, usually close friends, who are very saavy in what to look for in a school and program. A lot of them know that the NFL is a big possibility with their kids and they can give them great advice. Some of these parents are, themselves, very knowledgeable too, and can see what's going on at a program.
fsu still has considerable locker room issues and dissention within the team and from what I've heard, and when you have players who are there now just for the free college ride and wanting Taggart gone? Well, don't think those players don't let that slip to some of the recruits.
FSU being FSU and in Florida can turn this around fast by hiring the right coach. the third time was a charm for us. SO, we need to enjoy it while we can.
It's official, Cross signed with Maryland.
From what I read late signing day, Cross wanted FSU and his parents wanted PSU. Maryland was considered the compromise choice.
Father of the Year if you ask me.
