FSU’s Tyler Martin in the transfer portal

This just begs to be typed—it’s a foregone conclusion that Tyler Martin will transfer to wherever MM Jr’s next job is, right?

 

Assuming there is a next job.

 

Is he any good as a player? I know nothing about him.

 

I’ve only seen him on TV a few times-skinny kid, looks like he would have to jump up and down on the mat in front of the doors at Publix for the doors to open

Can you go to a High School via the portal?

 

Very average player. As 74 mentioned he is very thin and seemed out of position as a very light hitting first baseman.

 

I thought he'd be taller!

 

He could make some money doing commercials for Arby's.

 

I would assume he's ugly too?

 

Stands to reason. Kid is a good hitter. Will make someone a good 2 hole hitter.

Solid hitter that handles the bat well.

 

He does have that Martin look about him
