And then billed it as legal services to the campaign of a POTUS candidate. That stuff happens all the time.

Cohen served time and recogniced his errors..why should dt walk away unscathed ? Does anyone believe he has plausable deniability?

Yes, there are multiple other active invesigations of recently committed crimes. I dont think the fbi or justice department would have time or evidence to charge on every crime this man has committed

Fortunately, we are not governed by opinion. How many prosecutors did NOT sign that letter. I think we are entitled to that when this garbage comes out from either side. But back to reality and facts, 1000 is not all as you said in your post.

Call me old all you want. Do you think being insulted by loud-mouth, obnoxious, condescending wind-bag bothers me? Then you’re wrong. And I’m pretty damn sure that even at age 62, you would be a very sorry younger man if you said that to my face. But carry on with your nonsense all you want.

No jerk off. It’s a picture of Ray Graves holding a picture of Steve Spurrier when he played for Graves. Go learn some Gator football history.

I believe that Martin was a little under 6 ft and weighed 160. Whatever weight Z had on him was most likely pure fat and puss. Z claimed that Martin knocked him down and was punching and knocking his head into the sidewalk. The police found that Z’s wounds were consistent with his story. Sanford police took Z into custody that night expecting to charge him with murder. But all of the evidence (Z’s injuries, and the location of the point blank shot were consistent with Z’s explanation. Multiple local prosecutors reviewed the case but would not charge him. I believe that they were trying to figure out a way to charge him. Then Scott ordered a State Attorney from Jax to review the case and he was immediately charged.

The trial was an embarrassment for the State. Mark O’ Mara and Don West just destroyed the state’s case. Most following the trial closely knew what the outcome would be.

I provided you with a list of 1000 former federal prosecutors that believe the Mueller report set out multiple instances of obstruction of justice committed by Trump and that there was sufficient evidence to support prosecution. Find 100 that disagree.

And no, why would I possibly think you might be bothered?

    Try the drag show idea.

That’s cool and all but surely you don’t expect us to just take your word for something like this. Where is the actual proof of your claims about Martin attacking Zimmermann from the back?

Congressional hearings are political and have been political.

As far as the DOJ, who ran the DOJ from 2012-2016?

Zimmerman was 5'8" and weighed 200 lbs the night of the shooting. He put on 100+ lbs by his trial. Martin was 5'11" and weighed 158 lbs at the time of his death.

What is very curious is that prosecutor who was given the special assignment to prosecute the case, Angela Corey, declined to take the case before a grand jury. One was already planned, but when she got the assignment, she decided she didn't need to present it to a grand jury, she simply filed an Information (the substantial equivalent of an indictment, but filed by the prosecutor only without grand jury involvement) charging what she thought was appropriate....second degree murder. What she did complied with Florida Law, but it was odd given the position of the case detective and chief of police along with the racially charged nature of the situation.

What’s your point? Who ran the DOJ in 2016/2017 for the Mueller investigation? Were going to make some point about unfair it is for the DOJ to investigate people from their own party?… as Obama once said… “please proceed, Governor”

You obviously don’t understand the esteem that all who knew Coach Graves, including SOS, held him in.

Maybe it’s a good thing that I am “hung up in the past” as you say. Someone has to stick around to keep people like you in touch with the facts as they are, not how you would like them to be.

Yeah. The people at the top of the FBI lean liberal, or at minimum despise Trump. See Peter Strzok, Lisa Paige, and James Comey. And the DOJ from 2012-2016 was run mostly by Eric Holder, an Obama appointee and friend.

Trump is being investigated in a state that hates him, for the kind of crime they said they would be lenient on, by people who specifically ran on finding a way to prosecute Trump. They all but told us they were fishing and you don’t care.

LOL ... look at who ran the DOJ while Trump was president .... let me let you in on a secret, Trump appointed them. That's the way it works. It's funny that you think it's only a problem when a democrat appoints democrats.

Anyway, if Trump is innocent, and this is "fishing", then I'm sure that will come out, and the prosecutors will be thoroughly embarrassed by Trump's solid and completely competent legal team.
