I saw #11 getting toasted repeatedly so either Diabate is trash or they asked him to do stupid things.

just for clarification purposes, my "go!!!!" cheering was for his subliminal shots at todd.

imo mohamoud is not an all-sec caliber player. imo he's a tweener that hasn't proven to have the agility of a good linebacker and not enough size to be an every down edge rusher. he just doesn't pop off the screen enough.

Agree, but many are confident that shemar James is coming to UF to play with Diabate

Honestly I think C-Rob is the problem. We seemingly told him to find another team last offseason and bizarrely ended up keeping him. Great recruiter and horrible position coach. IMO without Reese the last few years those guys have been a total liability. Hopper has shown some rays of hope but even when Ventrell was the guy he wasn’t SEC caliber as a MLB. So the question is whether we were getting blown up because DL wasn’t doing enough or the LBs weren’t crashing like they should have. I felt like it’s the latter because Turner has generally done well with the DL, but who knows? And of course TG runs the show so we have that dolt to account for.

I tend to think if there’s a guy you almost let walk before, you probably should have just let him walk.

i have to respectfully disagree with you about ventrell.

in terms of blame, im placing it on the coordinator. the same issues that have plagued him his whole career are still there today.

is cox ever going to be developed? the star position is a liability.

The same way he ignores the best QB and leaves him on the bench.

The same way he ignores having the worst coordinator in America.

    He’s a master at it.

First time he's said anything other than he isn't transferring. I got on posters earlier for their repetitive conjecture and I still don't see the point in beating a dead horse but I will readily admit his response is concerning. This really does feel like a critical juncture. We'll see what happens.

Wished we could have enjoyed Trask more. More time on the field and with a better supporting defense. Feels like forever ago now.

To be fair, 21 defensive points were directly the results of INTs by the offense but…

proof is in the pudding. In this case it’s blood pudding, not delicious chocolate pudding

Having an ego, and believing in yourself, is a far cry from being too arrogant and stubborn to change.

There are a lot of people in my profession that have egos; I am one of them. But when someone offers me ways to do my job better and make more money, I listen, because my ego makes me want to win.
