And love,I have found out
Mullen is "shouting" at players? What did he shout? Do you know? Video doesn't show that.
Maybe he was shouting for everyone to get off the field and go to the lockers? Why would you jump to stupid conclusions off of that video, which does not have audio of what was said?
He certainly has a douchebag name.
Our alumni announcers don’t favor us, but not surprised at a Ga grad
The fact that his bio lists him as a Contributor for The Federalist makes me ignore pretty much anything that comes out his mouth.
Lot of clutching of pearls in the sports “click bait” writing community and on this board. Relax a little. Bigger crap in this world than some football players going at it and a coach pissed off at crappy refs. I like a fired up Mullen, wish he would have said more in his presser. I like what Freshwater said about the refs also.
You are out of line bringing this crap on a rival message board! Whether it has validity or not, it isn't your place.
Maybe you need to go to his Twitter account where he has been slamming Mullen. He acts like it is very personal to him just go look at his Twitter comments.
Mullen could have handled the situation better, no doubt. But, to imply he is largely to blame for the situation is just not objective. Mullen could have been firm and direct, while still maintaining better self control in protesting the non-call on Trask. But, the ultimate catalyst for it all WAS, in fact, THE NON-CALL.
The responsibility for that lies solely with the officiating crew.
Yeah. That guy is a dawg homer. I couldn't stand listening to those guys the whole entire game. I don't know why ESPN do this all the time. They put a rival's former player to cover UF's game. It's like ESPN condone biased commentary against UF. SEC Network do the same thing. I stopped watching ESPN and SEC Network with the exception of gators games televised by them.
If Georgia thinks it "helps " them, they must think they need help to beat us. Good sign for the Gators. In reality, regardless of whether Coach Mullen did the right or wrong thing by going out on the field, his defense of his player and QB sent a clear and helpful message to recruits.
He's a former player that seems determined to make his bones by showing his independence and being overly critical of the program. He's free to go with whatever career path he feels is best for him and I don't hold it against him, but let's pump the brakes with the dawg homer label for him.
Fair & balanced as always Tilly
Tell that to my kids.
His comments about Kyle’s girlfriend were odd. I am not saying she could not handle the velocity of one of Kyle’s passes but I guarantee she could handle Hutson’s velocity all day long. I think Hutson should be invited to participate in a Gator softball scrimmage to see how well he can handle the velocity of the Gator pitchers.
On one play the bozo used 3 consecutive cliches to describe the play. It truly did merit muting.
I saw the bobble immediately, and yet the announcers didn't, and it took replay forever to make the call. Don't have a clue what they were looking at.
And he even had the audacity to make it sound like he came up with the term, "3rd and Grantham".
Until I saw Dean on crutches I didn't even know he was at the game.
