Money in politics is obviously bad (literally every election in the USA is 'bought' by the winner in some sense, even if its purely on small private donations), but what loopholes are you talking about?

Yeah, thousands of NEW mail drop boxes popped up all over the country and stayed there, way past legal voting period/s, until the Leftists filled out enough votes to win, is a loophole? Okay...

Let’s assume this article is correct, it looks like Zuc spent his political money on ensuring people’s right to vote.

“The CTCL and CEIR money did not work through financing campaign expenses in traditional manners, Doyle continued, but funded activities such as "vote navigators" to launch outreach campaigns in areas where there were high numbers of Democrat voters.”

So in the loser world Trump Republicans find themselves trapped in, offering outreach programs to help Americans vote is perceived as stealing the election.

"We have good reason to anticipate that the results of our work will show that CTCL and CEIR involvement in the 2020 election gave rise to an election that, while free, was not fair," he concluded.

Making it easier for people to vote,
    isn’t fair to Republicans...

How pathetic have Republicans became that their own supporters are pushing the idea that more of us Americans being able to vote is a bad thing.

If Alabama football were the modern GOP, Saban would be saying it's unfair that their opponents' touchdowns are worth 7 points just like the Tide's are.

The GOP champions positions that are not popular with the majority of voters.

Therefore, they can only win elections where the minority vote exceeds the majority vote.

How do you do that? You get yourself in charge of elections and game the contests so that it's harder to vote. Since not all of the majority is perpetually politically aware, some will not vote because it's difficult to do so.

You gerrymander districts in 50/50 states so you get 80% of the seats.

You win the presidency in 3 of the last 8 elections despite only winning the popular vote once. This allows you to name the majority of the Supreme Court justices who are all dark money champions.

And if that isn't enough, you encourage an insurrection on the day the electors are certified and pressure your VP to try to throw the count to the House to overrule the vote you didn't like.

Apparently, the OP and Newsmax are unhappy that corporations are allowed 1A speech rights. Wait until the OP finds out the Citizen’s United vote breakdown…

While we are at it, I bet the OP’s mind will be blown when they discover that Thomas thinks dark money isn’t anonymous enough.
