    Did Flynn lie twice? Yes
Was Flynn represented by high powered attorneys? Yes
Did Flynn plea to lying w/prosecutors taking his Turkey problem off the table? Yes
Was Flynn a powerful political actor? Yes
    Is Mueller a Republican? Yes
    Is Rosenstein a Republican? Yes
Was Rosenstein a Trump appointee at DOJ? Yes

If you can dispute these facts go for it but it seems to me you're just pounding the table.

It's funny how lying to the FBI is only a serious matter if a Dem does it.

You know that the FBI had already concluded that Flynn was innocent and then Obama had that famous (infamous) meeting in the WH with people like Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Rice and a few others then suddenly Flynn again under suspicion... Who do you think orchestrated that?

Flynn was a nothing-burger that Obama and his gang needed to frame in order to get to Trump. Flynn worked for Obama at one point in time, and he knew way too much for Obama...

Conservatives started the thread about Flynn's prosecution being dropped.
if you don't like discussing a subject, then just ignore the thread.

But, that's what people do here. We discuss topics.

When he pled guilty, Fynn's then-lawyers had a conflict of interest. They had advised him to sign the FARA forms that Flynn signed and pleaded guilty to. Flynn had an advice of counsel defense. What his lawyers advised him is a real issue. If they told him he had that defense, and Flynn chose to waive it in his best interests, that is one thing. But, if they did not, his plea (at least to the FARA count, which charged that Flynn was an agent of Turkey) is tainted.

But, we never got that far because the DOJ threw the case.

Why 6 million to render two guilty pleas?

Discuss away and please don’t mind me when I accurately characterize the mindless left-leaning and trump-hatred pablum for what it is. You cats have fun wondering in the wilderness on this matter.

No I did not. I responded to a poster who said:

"You and your ilk can continue this meaningless pontification concerning Flynn’s crimes, but the vast majority of Americans could care less. It has become a joke and a symptom of TDS, which is far more serious and dangerous than COVID-19."

Why did Flynn lie to Mike Pence about the call? What does that have to do with disdain for Trump?

Read: You're saying you don't have a good argument and can't quite figure out how to make one.

you’re being disingenuous he can have broken the law and not be a Russian agent at the same time and also the law allows for a bit of wiggle on how he can be investigated as evidenced by previous rulings in this very case.

Spin all you want but only 1 of these 2 things can be true.

    1. Flynn lied to the FBI.
    2. Flynn perjured himself when he confessed in court to lying to the FBI.

    Either way, he's guilty.
