Played poorly all day, but 2-0 is what we will remember. Just one of those days

 

That last AB rally can't happen.....less than 2 outs and a great baserunner on third, you just have to get the ball in play and get that run in. Rough game for Longley and Walsh and the pitching staff

 

They didn't play well at all today, but they at least got a taste of being behind and playing a full game. And still won both games.

 

Another win for the ladies and Hightower. Could use Delbrey asap. Don't want to overuse EH.

 

There were two main questions coming into the season. Were the power numbers going to go up and can the pitching really hold up given Lexie is not ready to go yet.

This pitching staff really needs Lexie back again. But my concern is how effective can she really be not pitching since summer.

I know where they are ranked now but rankings seem really high to me given the limitations in this pitching staff right now. Winning today is great but it exposes some issues for next week playing better teams than what they have seen so far.
