Wow, the coverage sucks. Once a ball is hit to the outfield the camera loses the ball. Looks like they have a camera in the outfield to show the play by play but doesn’t zoom in behind the pitcher. Oh well, better than nothing I guess.

 

Coach has to find a place for Pollard in the every day lineup when Wallace gets back. Her natural position is SS, but she can play 2nd, RF or DH.

 

Isn't that California - Overpay for inadequate products?

 

There must be a reason that we go to the USF Tournament in February, when the Clearwater Invitational has much better competition..

 

Falby generates errors with her speed.

 

Falby hits a grounder to the left side of the infield. Announcer said it took a bad hop and she reached 1st. Stats said an error on SS. Our first baserunner.

 

USF's coach and Tim Walton are close friends who coach one of our national teams over the summer.

 

Pollard pops out to 2nd. 1 down.

 

Stats now changed the error from SS to 3b.

 

Echols pops out to 3rd. 2 outs.

 

Walsh flies out to RF on a diving catch to retire the side. Going to the 5th, Oregon up 3-0.

 

They only have two cameramen, compared to the seven (or more) that ESPN brings. Center field is fixed, there two cameramen on the left side, infield/outfield. And I don't pay have to $29.99 to ESPN.

 

#9 hitter Morris pops out to Echols at 3rd. 1 out.

 

I attended the USF tournament this year. From the looks of the attendance I’m guessing UF fans bought 50% of the tickets maybe more. Would be areal blow to USF if we pulled out. May have something to do with it if Walton is friends with USF coach.

 

Back to the top of their batting order, Delgado singles to CF on a 3-2 pitch and when the ball gets past Kistler and Falby, she goes all the way to 3rd. Single and error charged to Kistler.
