if he did not have narcotics and the gun was legal, he shouldn't have a problem

Don’t think there’s any argument that he had narcotics. Was it just weed and/or hemp products (what they call the delta products), was it one of these synthetic things that are apparently felonies now, or was it something else all together? But I agree with you, if they get rid of the felony drug charge, the gun charge goes with it, and we’re looking at a misdemeanor or possibly just a civil penalty.

*Apologies, I was using controlled substance and narcotics interchangeably.

    Are you calling weed “narcotics”?

    From Webster Dictionary online

“1 a : a drug (such as opium or morphine) that in moderate doses dulls the senses, relieves pain, and induces profound Sleep but in excessive doses causes stupor, coma, or convulsions

b: a drug (such as marijuana or LSD) subject to restriction similar to that of addictive narcotics whether physiologically (see PHYSIOLOGICAL

    addictive and narcotic or not”

So pretty broad term. I realize in a strict sense marijuana is not a true narcotic because it’s not an opium derivative. Thus hard core gang bangers and former dealers ( both on Skink’s resume) dispute marijuana be labeled as such.:D

My strong coffee is like the opposite of weed and not a narcotic

That’s what the government calls it. Feds still label it as a schedule 1 narcotic.

*Apologies …feds consider it a schedule 1 controlled substance, not a narcotic. Cops just threw a “narcotics” label on something they were in possession of. If it was delta products, the felony charges should be dropped. If it was creatine, the felony charges should be dropped. If it was one of the synthetics that some rumors are saying, then he may be in trouble. They’re also saying there was regular old weed, which they issued a separate charge for.
