Troy leads 17-0 with 5 min. left in the 1st half.
Wouldn't it be great if Troy won?
17-7 Troy at the half.
Troy now leads 24-13 with 6 min. left in the game.
Not a good start for Frosty.
Troy takes down Nebraska 24-19.
Yowsers. Let’s hope we don’t follow in those footsteps. Gators will be ready to play today after taking their bye last week. ♂️
That job is going to be a major uphill grind.
Getting the type of players he needs to go there is always going to be a struggle. That why I was a bit surprised he was so eager to take that job over another job. I get the whole going home and possibly being a savior thing, but it was a poor career decision, imho.
Interesting both Frost and Kelly are 0-2.
People that criticize ADs (past and present) for their hires should consider this. It's as much a crap-shoot than anything.
Yeah, he may have let emotions derail a really promising career trajectory. His best move was probably to stay at UCF this season.
Maybe UCF isn't so sad to see Frosty go after all.
I am biased in this, but I felt that UCF was a better opportunity for him--a program on the rise, UF & FSU struggling, and without the unrealistic expectations in Nebraska.
Win 11 or 12 again this year at UCF, and you'd have an unbelievable amount of employment leverage going forward.
There are no Beaches in NE for the recruits to visit!
Or scores of really fast 2-3 star kids within 100 miles of campus to offer.
Just a bunch of corn-fed midwest farm boys for OL's, but they are going to have a tough time poaching FL and CA for speed players.
Their starter Martinez is pretty good, may of been a hangover from that Colorado loss.
Martinez got hurt in game 1 and backup transferred when lost the starting job right before season began. Can’t win without a QB
