He is one guy. He can’t single handedly reign in “the media hysteria”. He is interviewed hundreds of times and answers questions. Each interview is it’s own thing.

Any person that gets that level of attention is going to say things that may not seem consistent, or may not turn out to be 100% correct as the situation evolves and changes. Some things that were initially true with Covid turned out later not to be true as things changed.

You can find fault with anybody if you look hard enough. That’s why I look to motivation. What changed? What changed is he upstaged Trump, and when asked said some of the things Trump said were not true. That is when Trump supporters turned on him. He failed the loyalty test. Then at that point they picked apart every little thing he said.

What I see is the number of hospitalizations and deaths have dropped dramatically as a result of immunizations. The impact of vaccination on COVID-19 outbreaks in the United States Further Fauci having a mild case of Covid has nothing to do with your comment.

We have less severe variants. And are far more informed for how to treat than we were at the beginning. But if you think a 4th dose in less than two years of an archaic drug is the answer for you…go for it.

If your point is that the Fauci hatred, yours included, is due to vapid politicization driven by rightwing entertainment media, then yes. He made your point.

No Davis, my point is that multiple non stop interviews is in no way, shape, or form an effective way to disseminate consistent information. To expect a 78 year old government government bureaucrat to do it is total lunacy.

Given the way our illustrious media selectively edits it’s a 100% guaranteed way to seed confusion. Which is what we have had for two years.

And if they didn't give interviews, you would complain that they were not adequately informing the public. Not to mention that interviews are far from the only communicative devise employed by the CDC, etc. But apparently you think so and with that have tipped your hand as to your apparent sole source of information.

Man this is just weak sauce. He did lots of interviews with lots of different people and different groups and demographics. He even did some with prominent you tubers. He was trying to get the word out.

The only ones that seem to have a big issue with him are Republicans. Why is that? If he were doing a terrible job communicating I wouldn’t think it would be so partisan.

My community is 3k plus seniors. I would say evenly split between R and D. Most people have been vaccinated and most have at least one booster and many have had the 4th shot . Covid is still rampant although this variant is not as deadly. Most recover in a week or 2. From my observation , the 4th booster is not doing anything to stop the spread. Also, the severity of the infection is similar to weather you've had the 3rd or 4th shot. My wife and I didn't get the 4th shot because we heard a new shot was being developed that targeted the new variants. In many respects, its hard to judge because many people who have gotten covid after the 4th shot are taking a little more risk thinking the 4th shot is a magic bullet but its not.

Here is a something that could have been prevented... Forcing the experimental mRNA drug on young healthy people for no reason other than to act like a group-think conformist...

So, so sad to see this senseless death... and there are other young healthy people dying of that Covid-19 shot mentioned in this link. Yes, it was that shot that killed them.

Did the COVID vaccine kill Gwen Casten?

It's still very sad that it happened. It was, IMHO,. totally preventable.

Me too. But to be fair, it’s perfectly obvious that I’m badder than a honey badger. I don’t recommend it for slapsticks.

As do most people who aren't already on deaths door or have a bmi of 673

My 85 year old cancer patient grandparents got this mild cold too and were just fine.
