I find it really hard to believe that Comey just happened to see some shells in the sand, did not know what it meant but decided to tweet it, and it just turns out that it happens to be a derogatory thing about the POTUS who fired him, the week before his book comes out.

 

True. If he hasn't regularly posted lots and lots of pictures of seashells, then this is very very bad.

Not slang for murder. If he had said 187 instead of 86, there may be something to it. This one is a reach.

 

It's been used as to assassinate, according to some people. Words and phrases change all the time.

 

It certainly does NOT have the same meaning that restaurant people use it for. And the ex-FBI Director knows what he meant to say... and I doubt he's using restaurant lingo.

 

Comey is a Republican and they do have a history of attempting to assassinate Trump, perhaps they are on to something
