Why has everybody got to be like Percy

Chandler was a better receiver and Emmitt a better more durable runner

If we get Bowman he will be the first Bowman with his own skill set

And he would probably be the next Gator legend too.

CDM spreads the ball around because that’s how we are currently designed but a two back system with a feature back would work well in this system.

After all this visiting Clemson multiple times recently in April and naming them his "leader", he STILL didn't commit to them.

We're still in this and as a few level headed posters (not myself in this situation lol) have said, this is going to come down to the very end

They don't but if saw split screen videos of the two of them getting the ball in the backfield, turning on the jets and going untouched for 50 or 60 yards you would be hard pressed to point out a difference.

Watch the first three plays from his junior highlights, just thirty seconds of video and you'll see him run for over 200 yards without anyone getting a hand on him.

If he shaved .2 seconds from his 100 meter time, improved his receiving skills, started smoking weed and throwing temper tantrums at practice, he would be the next Percy Harvin.

If we get Bowman, the ball might not be spread around so much.

The question will be can we compete with the "extras" Clemson or Bama will throw at him?

He is a phenomenal talent in his own right. His "football speed" is mind boggling. His balance, vision and innate sense of what's going on around him remind me of another Gator great who went on to become the leading rusher in NFL history. I sure hope we get him, but if not, we'll still be "OK." Stay tuned.

This guy reminds me even more of that Gator great who went on to become the leading rusher in NFL history. We'd be okay if we whiffed on Bowman but got this guy. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to be very interested in UF right now. I really hope we get Bowman. It will be an exciting three years if we do.

It's hard to say where EJ's leaning as he's been pretty quiet about his recruitment

I know ej is a fan favorite as a high profile legacy, but it seems telling that our coaches haven't visited (AFAIK anyway) even though they have been to Texas. I just assume interest is low on at least one side.

He’s quiet. But his recruitment has been slow it seems. At least with respect to UF. I have no speculations. Just seems odd. Who knows.

Just read an article today on TOS indicating that UF is still in the lead with TA&M and Stanford not far back. EJ is going to take his time as will Bowman. I'd like to know who else is in the picture. Not seeing any new names come up or at least any that excite me. Are we in good shape with Lee?

I think it's coming down to LSU and us with Lee if he were to have to make a decision TODAY. A dark horse is Penn State because of how great a recruiter former coach here Jajaun Seider is and they recently offered him.

Wish Mullen would have kept Seider on the staff.

Me too because he's one helluva recruiter and also a very good RB coach. I understand how he felt it was a "demotion" to be moved from RB's coach to TE's coach.

He blew it by exploring other opportunities. That’s on him, not Mullen

I think he was pushed out. That's Mullen's style.
