His own network made money off "DA U" documentary which basically championed talking all kinds of shit after every play. No doubt ESPN/him/Fowler will have some serious thoughts about journalistic ethics.....

It wouldn't matter to me but they scored a td right after that pathetic call.

This was the first time in 40 years that I'll accuse a commentator of being completely biased towards one team...It was VERY obvious tonight.

If you are talking about Herbie, he seems to hate the Gators.

Certainly seemed the refs were helping Miami tonight. They had to call the holding penalties on their OL, but they held in almost every play. Trash talking penalty after an emotional sack is a bush league call

It's hilarious that college football fans know Big 12 refs basically never call holding while not allowing corners to be physical with receivers. That's arguably main reason why Big 12 games often involve both team scoring 40+. The geniuses calling games won't bother acknowledging/dealing with this basic fact. Things would be better without conference refs and universal interpretations of basic rules.

    Inside your head.
The refereeing crew did not shine tonight but they did pick up a PI flag in the endzone against the Gators. If that PI stands we probably lose the game. Just sayin'.

UF players were acting like Wilbur there, talking crap over a fallen player. Any college player should know not to do that. They drummed that behavior out of college ball long ago. Our guys were idiots. Just walk a few steps, turn your back and run your mouth there.

Just officiate that stuff evenly, Miami had several plays where players ran onto the field to celebrate. To me, it's a rivalry game, gotta let a large portion of the chirping go either way. Glad that didn't hurt us in the end, they definitely had some players getting in our faces in the game. It's hard to call that stuff fairly, so call it as little as possible. Just my two bits.

    Go GATORS!

Yeah, I agree, but in this case it was the specific act of standing over a helpless fallen player and taunting him. Clearly seen on TV. NFL doesn't allow that either. The taunting rule is why almost all defenders walk away and turn their backs before showboating. Didn't used to be that way, say in the '80s. Dumb move by our guys and worse coaching. It will always be called. Most trash talk is player-policed, otherwise. Running on the field should be flagged, I agree.

I watched the SECN Bonuscast so i didn't have to hear Herbie or any of Desmond. Just 4 guys openly cheering for the SEC team.
