Why would we do a home-home with Utah, they dont warrant that. At best a 2-1.
This was a good deal. I wonder who initiated?
And Urbs.... lol
We have gone skiing in Park City several times. Love the place. Never had any issues with the altitude or getting a beer and short drive to airport.
Park City is amazing. You literally ski past peoples houses. And the mountain is beautiful.
One of the things I like about the new AD is abandoning the silly "WE NEED 7 HOME GAMES EVERY YEAR"
Looks like the next one we'll hear about will be for 26/27, I'm hoping for someone like ND, UNC or Clemson.
It was in 1977.
I was kinda thinking the same thing to be honest. But if the economics work, why not.
No P5 is going to do anything but a 1-1with another P5, even if one is a higher ranked program.
It’s interesting Scotty picked Colorado & Utah as the two teams from the PAC-12 to do a home/home with. Not bad games, both should be fairly good by then. Not exactly big fertile recruiting grounds though as opposed to the Cali coast. Maybe a series with the likes of UCLA-CAL-Stanford is next.
Those desert boys are going to wilt like old lettuce in the heat and humidity of the swamp. I hope it's a 3:30 game.
Saw Utah at Florida Field in 1977. Short QB chucking the ball down the field. Plenty of scoring and much closer than most Gator fans were expecting. The Alligator did have a review mentioning the QB, however.
2022 at UF and 2023 at Utah, quality program. I’m down for more Power 5 games but I like the Colorado States.
If you have never been to Park City, which is 25 minutes from Salt Lake, you are missing a treat. Lots to do, with great restaurants and nightlife.
I don't know if the specific dates have been set, although all the others have been in September.
Utah has some amazing national parks between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas so definitely plan on making it a vacation
