I apologize if this was posted already. I did search for it with no results.

It's harder to run that fast on an incline, just in case other people (not you necessarily, Bobby) didn't know that.

IOW's he's faster on level ground, which is great news.

If he can read a defense and make throws, he can run at 2 mph for all I care.

But wouldn’t it be better if he could do both AND run 20mph?

Only if it’s on an incline.

DJ is competitive. I like that about him. He might not have it figured out yet, but he’s gonna sure put in the work to get there.

I've seen his work out and it's to be commended but it's not what I would like to see him do more on the legs workout. Single leg squats, and double leg squats, and the sled pushing will fore up his thighs... Burn the thighs and then do it again, over and over...

I would also use 20lb weights on the traps... Not the 10 pounders he does in the video.

That’s a lot of numbers and way too technical for me. Make sure you talk to his strength coach instead of commenting on this thread lol

I know for a fact that if you lift slow... all the time then you gain slow muscles movent...

But in order to build muscles you have to start out slow... with light weights. Then once you gain tendon and ligament strength... you work on faster reps... Faster reps with light weights is the key... But you have to work in slow speed and reps with heavy weights into you routine. That give you the power, with the endurance. That is the perfect football exorcise. Speed with light weights is the best way to increase your tendons and ligament support. Then the rest is easy...

Good to know. Chump always had players blow out their stuff and I recall Elijah Williams always had ankle issues when I was in school. Where were you?

Yep, his "expert" skipped steps in the muscle building process and our players paid the price... He still is a chump.

How do y’all think he compare to Justin Fields? I think DJ’s film is as impressive yet fields was ranked #1 or #2 in all services.

part of the proposed stadium renovations are to have the swamp redesigned to have a small incline. The real cost will include the ability to tilt the field incline depending on which direction the gators are driving each quarter.

I recall something about him not wanting to be the best. But rather the best ever NFL QB.
