    I don't currently live in New York anymore and haven't many for years but have been numerous times to visit lots of family and friends who still live there. And you and others know I'm talking about New York City, so quit playing dumb even though it's natural for you and others. They think exactly like I do that crime has gotten a lot worse, only a dumbass would argue other wise

    No double standard at all, only you and a few others trying to change the topic, I wasn't discussing Jacksonville. Yes, Jacksonville has been bad a long time also and their leaders haven't done enough to curve the crime there either. Let's get back to the post I was talking about New York City

    It's actually nice to see you even have a heart, I hope meant it, but I seriously doubt it with you. It's sounds like have a new calling, let's watch you report on Texas crime or maybe racism since you love too falsely insinuate that BS so often

    Yes, any city that the crime rate is rising those leaders are responsible for that city.

    I’m not playing dumb. I use NY and New York City interchangeably. As do most actual New Yorkers so I’m surprised you don’t either given that you lived there.

    My point still stands. Rather than calling out the terrible crime in the cities located in Florida under GOP leadership where you live you start threads about NY in an effort to wag your finger at dem leadership. It’s pathetic.

    Not changing the subject, illustrating a point. But, sure - let's get back to your post about NYC - not upstate NY or Long Island, not Jax, not Atlanta... the 5 Boroughs.

    Now, I'll ask again. How are the city's elected leaders making crime worse?

    This is the second time I have asked this question. Other's have asked it too, but you offer up
    nothing to support your point.

    Can you? And no crime statistics either, please, I want to know the policies that NYC leaders are implementing that is causing the crime to surge -- as that was your claim.

    I'm not saying I agree with the law or not, but isn't the bail law being criticized in the article state wide? I read the Mayor of NYC criticizing it and talking about the need for reforming it. If the bail law is a key problem in NYC, it seems it would be having dire repercussions throughout the state. And maybe it is, but you noted that you're only talking about NYC.
