I have a Dell All in one touch screen that just recently started forming a bubble across the entire upper portion of the screen, it looks like a layer of the screen is coming apart.
Any idea what and how to fix this

I did an exhaustive search of the interweb, taking at least 2 or 3 seconds and found this post in a Dell discussion group that showed that there was a solution. Unfortunately, the solution was to report it to Dell if the screen is still in warranty.

My guess is that there is no way to correct this other than to replace the screen. I then did yet another search and found this YouTube video showing how to replace the screen in 20 minutes. There is no information in the video about where to purchase the screen or the cost.

Even if your system is not in warranty, you might want to reach out to Dell.
