    With UT out I think there is no clear favorite. I just want to watch some good baseball.

    I have said this many times. In NCAA basketball and baseball the best team rarely wins. Moreso in baseball.

    Interesting that 6 of 8 are SEC teams (or future SEC teams)....and the top seed SEC team didn't make it. Could have been 7 of 8

    I'm sure the selection committee must feel like they didn't do their job. Probably hoping next year they can send a few SEC teams to Alaska.

    From what I heard Anchorage would of been easier, less expensive flight/trip than Corvallis

    Notre Dame +2000
    Oklahoma +12500
    Auburn +20000
    Texas A&M - one of two SEC teams not listed (Missouri) - both teams missed the SECT in 2021 with A&M posting a 9-21 record (29-27 overall)

    With the move back to a more condensed schedule, a team in bracket 2 could theoretically play 8 games in 9 days.

    Essentially same as first regional/Supers, which is all this is, another regional & Super. Just get your days off during regional instead of after.

    Watching ND- man they do a lot of small ball things right that add up. Texas big favorite but ND has figured out a way to beat any team with great fundamentals. Still early- but I admire their grit winning series vs Vols on the road. Clearly should have hosted Supers.
