Some suffer to a debilitating degree, not all of us.

There is also the buyout that does create a SIGNIFICANT increase to the "value" of what we had. So, to be fair, at the time many saw it as a no win situation were the only realistic solution was to hope he figured it out.

Ignoring or hand waving away problems is never the solution though. Pressure should have been applied much sooner to make changes when it was clear the "process" was shit.

I don’t think he will get fired regardless of how bad we lose. The only reason they will fire them is if they start to do poorly financially because people stop buying tickets, merch, donating etc
