The problem was we needed to run a two minute offense when there was 7 minutes left in the game and instead we ran our 7 minute offense.
That is a stupid rule invented for more commercial time. It was a good rule for working the clock during football game.
Hey where's that poster that tells everyone to quit their belly aching when people are critical of the teams performance? The one that used belly aching and power whining condescendingly over and over again. Hes conspicuously absent when the team struggles which is often.
And just like last year, I will miss those great victories against LSU and ol miss because I'm over it
Oh we know who the whiners are. There are a few. But several people have voiced concerns about aspects of the team sometimes after a victory even because they recognize an issue that will be exposed. It happens under every coaching regime but there was one poster (i remember the name) that enjoys to really shout down fellow members using those terms specifically. Edit: I've been a concerned but tempered critic starting after the Kentucky game in napiers first year. Im in whine mode now although I dont do it much because apathy has taken over. First time I never even tried to watch the game last Saturday. Ive always buffed and said I wouldn't in the past but usually couldn't resist. I saw this coming after Napier refused to adapt his method.
The biggest pain of it for me is the opportunity Napier squandered. People like to say Spurrier made his name at Florida against a weaker SEC and maybe he did. But fsu and Miami were absolute powerhouses then and Tennessee, Auburn and Alabama rotated in as a title contender each year between the 3 of them. Fsu and miami were at deaths door before NIL. The SEC looks up for grabs this year. Here we are in year 4 under Napier stuck in the mud and somehow damaging our brand even moreso than when under Mullen. There isnt anything enjoyable about this.
