The Gators celebrated their past with over 100 former players taking part in 2019 Alumni Day on Saturday.
The Gators welcomed over 100 former players back to campus to take part in 2019 Alumni Day.

Nearly 50 players took part in a golf scramble at Ironwood Golf Course on Saturday morning. The foursome of Mike Fahrman, Taylor Lewis, Justin Shafer and Danny Young took first place with a 12-under par score for the round. Casey Turgeon won the longest drive competition and Johnny Magliozzi won the closest to the pin challenge.

On Saturday night at McKethan Stadium, a squad of former players took on the current Gators in an exhibition game.
Junior Wil Dalton picked up where he left off last year, launching a solo home run in the second inning. In the third, Blake Reese and Austin Langworthy each hit solo shots to make it 3-0. Dalton added a RBI double that made it 5-0 through the first three innings.

100 is a darn good turn out!

If only 50 played golf, what were the others doing? Was @WESGATORS hosting one of his BBQ and Whiffle ball tournaments?
