It is an unfortunate reality that is playing out across the country. It is evil and just wrong.

They are not leaky and work in a more perfect fashion. Unbelievable people will inject their kids with this vaccine. To each their own. Propaganda works!

Just received confirmation that one of my grade school teachers died this afternoon. Had been hospitalized since September. Unvaccinated.

Federal Appeals Court Freezes Biden's Vaccine Rule for Companies

A U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration's efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly, citing "grave statutory and constitutional" issues with the rule.

The ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit comes after numerous Republican-led states filed legal challenges against the new rule, which is set to take effect on Jan 4.

In a statement, Solicitor of Labor Seema Nanda said the Labor Department was "confident in its legal authority" to issue the rule, which will be enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

"The Occupational Safety and Health Act explicitly gives OSHA the authority to act quickly in an emergency where the agency finds that workers are subjected to a grave danger and a new standard is necessary to protect them," she said. "We are fully prepared to defend this standard in court.”

The stay comes two days after the Biden administration unveiled the rule, which was immediately met with vows of legal action from Republican governors and others, who argued it overstepped the administration's legal authority.

The action on the private-sector vaccinations was taken under OSHA's emergency authority over workplace safety, officials said. The rule applies to 84.2 million workers at 1.9 million private-sector employers, according to OSHA.

Lol @ you suggesting we are falling for “propaganda.” My data is coming from the CDC. Your data comes from dipshit crackpots on YouTube.

The CDC is a non partisan government entity. And I’m sure you thought the same until Trump.

You are pathetic & sad and wholly unamerican.

The reality these vaccines spread quite easily from the vaccinated. Not only do these drugs do a poor job at hindering the person from contracting the virus…the infected person also can easily spread it. Unlike the vaccines everyone wants to compare them to.

LOL, but a kinder, gentler authoritarian who really cares about you. That is, unless you disagree with the vax mandate, then he wants you to die.

Thump that chest and continue to ignore science and what the cdc tells you…reinfections are rare. Breakthroughs are expected.

    The propaganda is working…

No kidding. There is nothing more “unamerican” than thinking people should be forced to treat themselves only the way you feel. But that is what authoritarians are. Evil! And “unamerican”.

why don’t you provide a link with a legend and explanation of those charts.

you seem to be missing that they chose the 10 microgram dosage, which had a lower incidence of fever, and no severe fever, at least if I read that correctly with no legend.

An otherwise healthy 50 year old anti vaxxer friend of ours who was hospitalized months ago with Covid - she fully recovered. But 3 months later she is experiencing significant hair loss. I had not heard of this, but if you google it it’s not uncommon.
