    Does anyone know if that’s the dollar amount White’s contract called for to be bought out or did we take less from Georgia to take him off our hands? That would be very telling if Georgia didn’t pay the full amount of the buyout. Contracts are public information. Anyone have access? Would love for the media to dig into it a bit.

    I hope he loses just enough that the fans want him gone and wins just enough that the AD has false hope and doesn’t fire him. I hope that drags on for many years.

    The poodles aren’t even a basketball rival so I don’t care. Kentucky is our biggest SEC rival and we used to be their biggest SEC rival but White changed all of that. We need a coach who will make that happen again.

    He will make Georgia better than what they are and I say that as one who lost faith in his ability here.

    I would use $5Mil of that savings to offer a big time elite coach a signing bonus then make them a top 10 paid coach. We could easily afford all of that. But it has to be a BIG Fish.

    Would be funny to me if ole miss fired their coach after next year and he bails on Georgia and they are again searching.
    To me Georgia is a rival in every sport, even the ones they suck in, which is most all of em but football. I get the Ky rivalry thing, but losing to a crappy program like Ga is far worse imo.

    Like most of us, I like Mike White. I just don’t think he is a very good basketball coach. I wish UGA the joy of him.

    I didn’t see this coming. This is one of the best sports days that I have had in a while. For those of you who haven’t heard, Tom Brady had announced that he is returning to the Bucs.
