    Burney - MLB
Hopper - I would assume move to OLB being he's a bit undersized
Wingo - One year in weight room and I think he'll be solid at MLB
    Black - OLB/SS
    Diabate/Bogle - OLB/Buck?

My point is do any of them have experience playing linebacker? Think most of them were rush guys and safeties in high school?

I would assume so, I haven't seen much tape on Wingo or Hopper, but both are listed as ILB on 247 and/were highly rated. I like the way Burney has played this year at MLB when he gets reps.

Hopper has played LB in high school and was listed as such.
Black has experience playing both S/LB
Burned who originally was a Safety coming out of high school obviously has experience at LB as he has played the position at UF some.
Wingo plays LB in high school and is a baller. Many believe he should be a 5 star and the best LB in the entire 2020 class.

I thought wingo was basically an edge rusher in high school?

Burney has look good at the very least in coverage as a LB. Bogle and Diabate have looked good at OLB. The others we will have to see when they get the opportunity. I wouldn't bet against them based on the their high school and JUCO performance.

Yes he is an absolute beast from what I've read. Would maybe like to see him put on some weight if he's gonna be playing inside. I'm sure Savage will have no problem with that!

I thought the only things Bogle and Diabate have done is rush the passer. Maybe that's the only thing that's highlighted though.

Essentially, both are too small to set the edge. Hopefully next year they can play every down. They are elite pass rushers though.

Bogle will be a defensive end, kids going to be very big. Diabate will play the buck, probably at 240 or so.

Wondering what Diabate’s weight is right now. Thinking 215-220. He’s so quick. I hope the 240 comes definitely over 2-3 yrs as gotta keep that speed and really only needs 10 pounds to play lb. but I do agree w you on more weight to help set the edge. Scary trade off as that speed and first step are elite. Almost rather he play at 230-235 and line up all over the place.
We play our cards right and this kid delivers 20 sacks total or more Sophomore and junior years.

Yeah it's hard to say, I would imagine he will keep his speed maybe even improve it, these guys Don't gain fat they gain muscle..20 pounds on a frame like his at his age isn't much at all.

But is 235-240 big enough to set the edge in the SEC. I don't think we've had anyone that light do it so far. At least not well against the elite teams.

Depends on the weight, if it's solid and he's extremely athletic yes.

I think he could play inside LB. To me he looks like Vosean Joseph.

Carter held his own at DT against Mizzou on passing downs. He got some good push and stayed in his lanes and some good reads against the shifty Bryant
