I'm struggling that we live in a world where Miami is playing in the national championship game the same season Duke won the ACC over them.

Shout out to Vegas, Miami was a 3.5 pt favorite at most books before the game. Handicapped this game exactly right.

Miami beat aTm, Ohio State and Ole Miss in the playoffs. Didn’t expect that.

If I could only be a fly on the wall at Georgia I'd love to hear their thoughts after tonight.

I hate to say it but I think Ole Miss wins this game if Kiffin was on the sidelines. Charlie Weis Jr. is OK, but Lane knew how to dial up the right play at the right time.

Michael Irvin is doing a line of cocaine right now.

I hope Indiana or Oregon embarrasses them on their home field. It probably won’t even be a big advantage as Miami has the most pathetic fans in the world. I hate them and their mascot.

Who are we rooting for tomorrow?

Either. Ole Miss was a terrible tackling team and kept Miami in the game. There were so many 3rd down tackles missed that if made would have caused 4th and long. I would be pulling out my hair as a dc.

Miami hopefully will celebrate too much after winning this game, leading to them losing the 'ship.

Ooh, ooh. Can I guess? How ‘bout Indiana? Or maybe…Oregon? I can’t think of anyone else who can beat them in the final

Looked to me Ole Miss made the decision to not be beat deep, they hardly ever brought pressure. Towards the end of the game there were times, I felt it was worth the risk to mix it up and bring a LB or DB here and there.....but the staff at Ole Miss just didnt ever do it. By not bringing additional pressure it gave Carson all time he needed to find the 2nd or 3rd reciever, which in my mind was costly in the later stages of the game.

Good game Ole Miss. Almost enough. It looked like they would get the win.

What are you talking about? Miami wiped the floor with us. We could barely score.

Alternatively, we coulda, probably shoulda beat Ole Miss with Lane.

For all you know with Lane they lose by 14 tonight.

Ole Miss faught tough. Miami wins. Not happy. I watched it with a Georgia buddy, we didn't like the ending.

I officially hate Cristobol. What an asshat. He makes Kiffin look good. Well...

    Go Gators.

That was a great game. Those kids fought hard and Beck was pretty great at the end when they had to have it. If Miami had not beat themselves with so many penalties they win by a mile. It was a hard physical game. Those kids left it on the field. I hope we get that mindset, we need it. Right now it’s hard for me to see a better game the next 2, but we will see. Ducks don’t impress me.

Indiana a quantitatively better team than who Miami has played as of today. I was not all that impressed by Miami.. they not us 2008 or the 1995 Nebraska team. This team could have very well been 9-3 and in the Dukes Mayo bowl. I think Indiana lays a woodshed beating down on them. Miami has benefitted directly from cheating(tampering), soft ACC sked and confluence of many of it's traditional recruiting rivals being way down. I think the humiliation is coming and back down their hole they go again.

Now for my theory to play out IU has to beat Oregon again.

Whichever team plays Miami, stop the run..... Miami's O-line and rb's had this game won by the second quarter if they would have kept running the ball.... Ole Miss was lucky Miami kept making dumb play calls. Then on Miami's last offensive drive for the go ahead tuddy, Ole Miss got caught up in playing prevent D..... "GET to the Quarterback!" (Al Davis)....... Pulling for Indy to win it all.

    GO GATORS!!!!

I don’t think ole Miss brought pressure once on Miami’s game winning drive. But maybe their coach knew how bad their secondary was and didn’t want to leave them on an island.

I think Weis did pretty well, it was the defense that couldn't stop Miami's OL
