CBO came out today (8/11) with further analysis on the BBB.

It helps the wealthiest the most, hurts the poor, and adds even more to our debt.

“President Donald Trump’stax and spending law will result in less income for the poorest Americans while sending money to the richest, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office reported Monday.

Democrats all vehemently opposed the legislation, warning that its tax cuts and spending priorities would come at the expense of vital government aid programs and a ballooning national debt.“

Ya, but this is fake news and I don't believe it because economic growth is going to be super totally awesome for the next 10 years because Q2 '25 was strong at 3%.

    What a dolt....

    here's an AI summary:
No, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) is intended to be a nonpartisan agency. It was established to provide Congress with objective, independent, and timely analysis of budgetary and economic issues. While it is a government agency, it strives to be neutral and avoids making policy recommendations.
Here's why it's designed to be nonpartisan:
    • Independent Analysis:
The CBO's primary function is to offer Congress unbiased information to inform legislative decisions.
    • No Policy Recommendations:
It focuses on providing cost estimates and economic forecasts, not on advocating for specific policy outcomes.
    • Hiring Practices:
The CBO hires staff based on expertise, not political affiliation, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives.

So your point is that the bad ole CBO is partisan, and unfair to Trump?

And thus ..... here's the hilarious part ... that is the only reason Trump's awesome bill got scored as debt-increasing. :):)

You don't have any, like, proof or evidence or anything that the bad ole CBO is all unfair, though, do you? Or does that just seem like a good thing to say cuz you feel like it, because that's what people do nowadays?
