It’s a good move, imo. Trump clearly doesn’t agree.

Do they have to be alive or a legal citizen of the US to mail in their ballot?

About two-thirds of California voters voted by mail in the 2018 election. Vote by mail has increased steadily each year. This is nothing new.

This will give Dems the chance to force senior citizens into voting for their candidates. “You want to eat tonight, sign here”.

The crybaby facepalms I get will be long forgotten when the reports of Dem operatives coercing votes are reported.

i'm very suspect of vote by mail, it's ripe for fraud. I would like it if vote by mail was an official ballot, and votes were also registered in a separate system where the voter had login access and see how his/her vote was recorded. Just my opinion on this.

Hell. They can do or better. With the incompetent infection maximizer Trump in office, this gives your hypothetical dem vote getter an opportunity to look a senior in the eye and say “if you want to live, please sign here”. They probably wouldn’t be lying.

Vote by mail is the same as an absentee ballot, only no real or made up excuse is required. Unlike electronic voting machines they cannot be hacked and their is a paper trail to verify who voted, their eligibility and their signature. Oregon, Hawaii, Colorado, Washington and Utah vote by mail, and 21 other states have varying forms or allow counties to use it.

It would be helpful if the Trump soldiers remember that the Maximum Leader appointee a Voting Integrity Commission (because he lost the popular vote) that disbanded because it couldn’t find evidence of any meaningful voting fraud. Rather embarrassing at the time. Poor Kris Kobach.

It is astounding that with all the Republican poll watchers and vote count observers, Republican supervisors of elections, Republican Secretaries of State, Republican Governors and Attorneys General, Republican FBI directors, Republican US Attorneys, and Republican US Attorneys General there is no credible evidence to support Trump’s rantings about voter fraud.

But if Trump says it’s true. . .

What do your Trump rantings have to do with my opinion? I never mentioned Trump so please don't quote me if you want to use my opinion as a forum for your nonsense. Thanks.

It's not offensive. I just like my opinion to stand by itself and not be connected with some other herd.

FYI, i voted by mail a few elections prior to Trump when i lived on the east coast of florida. It always bothered me that there was no way of me knowing if my vote was received, recorded, or recorded properly. But i did it anyway..

I view it as similar in a sense to mailing cash in via regular mail to my bank account, and not having the ability to see if the bank received it and credited my account. Just my opinion on this method.
