    Right, but what happened there was the same term has different meanings in different industries/contexts. "Cost-Plus" in this case means different things in pricing vs in contracts. What md calls "cost-plus", I'd call Gross Margin % (or GM%) which is the percentage of fee or profit on a contracted value without accounting for the "General and Administrative" (G&A) expenses.
