That’s such a boss move by dan
Am I the only one who wants dan to give Brewster mr Evans contact info and say “go get’em brother “
Out of the 3 that plated games w recruiting only Dalvin was worth a damn. Ermon was horrible on both sides of the ball. I truly felt he wanted to go to UF but got caught up in Dalvins fiasco. And Manuel who was probably 100 lbs overweight played all those games only to not qualify then getting arrested 1 or 2 times.
Also a little forgotten WR from the class after Cook/Lane that was a short commit to UF then switched to fsu and did absolutely NOTHING there as well. Of course I can't remember his name.
It is taking a while as the details being ironed include flipping NC’s entire ‘21 class and bringing Mac Brown as an analyst .
George Campbell. He was/is awful. His best season was 6 catches for 122 yards then grad transfered to WVU. He was a 5 star by a site or 2. ESPN had him #10 overall. Wow! Recruiting is so hit or miss. I remember thinking hed be a gator and i was disappointed when he committed to Michigan then I dropped any ideas of him being a gator.
No, wasn't Campbell. I can't think of his name but he ended up with more felonies than catches. Was best friends with Cook and Lane. Phillips I think?
But I remember Campbell, knock was he couldn't catch a cold but was blazing fast.
So many good nolie options when it comes to felonies...
Found on floridagators.com UAA personnel directory:
Tim Brewster Assistant Coach, Tight Ends 4100 footballmail@Gators.ufl.edu
Still no official announcement but he is now listed as an employee on a UF website.
There have been articles out since early today talking about brewster being excited to be a gator.
total stealth mode, to catch competition off guard.... I like it
Pretty sure that’s it, was a class later iirc
I wonder if Ermon Lane would have been better at UF or if he really just peaked in HS. Sometimes a system makes a player.
Why Tim Brewster can be a game-changer for Florida's recruiting
Wasn’t he also Nick O’Leary’s TE coach at FSU?
yep and was Antonio Gates first coach when he landed in San Diego
In addition to Brewster, we have several current commits who are taking an active role on social media to recruit more players. Last year, Wingo was one of the most vocal...and he's still actively recruiting for this class.
This year there are 5-6 that are as vocal as Wingo was last year to include D. Black, Rucker, Burton (saw him recruiting on Twitter yesterday), Del Rio, Borders and Smith (he is a re-tweeter).
Are the stars aligning?
If you check his recent twitter following, recruits that is, he's (if he's going to be assigned to them) going to be after some BIG time recruits
