I think it’s that Math class he took at Jawja that in question. Registrars office needs 3 more months to figure it out

Ask UGA when Turner and Grantham turns him loose on them.

It's called coming up with the right spin. Fields picked up a popular one. Even the NCAA is afraid of media backlash.

Wonder how quickly Fields would have been granted eligibility if he had transferred to UF? IMO he would be waiting to play just like Cox. Between the NCAA and UGA they cost Cox a year off the field on game day and potentially a lot of money.

Can we change the title to say something that he is eligible?

    Looky looky here....me likey! :)

Grantham praises Cox's work ethic on and off field

"Brenton's a guy that, like I said, I've been very pleased with his work ethic," Grantham said. "He's really worked hard to develop some of the fundamentals that he needed to be the kind of player that you guys are thinking, or you're asking about. And I think the biggest thing that I see with him is his desire to be a good player.

"You really pull for guys like that when, when they put that much into it. And generally speaking, the all in investment -- and what I mean by all-in is from an academic, from an athletic, from a social standpoint -- those are the kind of things that allow you to get that kind of number, and he's done a really good job."

Didn't one of our resident defender of all things Georgia say he lacked work ethic and discipline?

Better enjoy him. I hope we can keep him the next two years. Regardless, if we can get one good year out of him that'd be great. I'm going to be very interested in our pass rush this year. I'm thinking we'll get 40 sacks even with a 10 game season.

We had 49 sacks last year playing 13. That is a lot of sacks. I would love to average 3.5 a game. I think that would be great.
